francesFrances Kelly is a leading exponent of early harps and is in great demand as a continuo player, working regularly with many distinguished ensembles such as the Sixteen, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Ex Cathedra and the Academy of Ancient Music. She has recorded a solo Harp Collection, Mozart’s Flute and Harp Concerto, Handel’s Harp Concerto, has made numerous chamber music recordings andbeen highly acclaimed as soloist on the modern pedal harp in recent recordings with the Choir of St Johns College, Cambridge and with the Choir of Winchester Cathedral.  As well as performing early repertoire with horn player, Anneke Scott, Frances gives duo recitals with the lutenist David Miller, accompanies the trombonist Susan Addison and has recently formed The London Harp Trio to play the wonderful French repertoire for flute, viola and harp. She has teaching posts at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, the Royal Academy of Music and at Junior Trinity.
